ChinaCareHub does not:

- Operate healthcare facilities
- Employ healthcare professionals for clinical care purposes
- Provide medical advice
- Provide medical diagnosis
- Provide treatment recommendations
- Provide emergency healthcare services
All healthcare services are independently provided by third-party healthcare institutions and healthcare professionals.
3. No Healthcare Provider Relationship
Use of the Platform does not create:
- A healthcare provider relationship
- A clinical care relationship
- A fiduciary relationship
between ChinaCareHub and any user.
All healthcare-related decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user and qualified healthcare professionals.
4. Informational Purposes Only
All content provided through the Platform is for general informational and educational purposes only.
Platform content should not be interpreted as:
- Medical advice
- Clinical guidance
- Treatment recommendations
- Healthcare guarantees
- Professional legal or financial advice
Users should independently verify healthcare-related information and consult qualified professionals before making healthcare, travel, financial, insurance, or legal decisions.
5. Third-Party Healthcare Providers
Healthcare institutions, hospitals, insurers, transportation providers, accommodation providers, and other third-party organizations referenced on the Platform operate independently from ChinaCareHub.
ChinaCareHub does not endorse, certify, warrant, or guarantee any healthcare provider, healthcare institution, treatment, healthcare service, or medical technology listed or referenced on the Platform.
ChinaCareHub is not responsible for:
- Treatment decisions
- Treatment suitability
- Treatment results
- Healthcare quality
- Clinical outcomes
- Scheduling availability
- Healthcare provider availability
- Treatment timelines
- Visa approvals
- Travel authorizations
- Insurance coverage decisions
- Third-party pricing changes
- Third-party policies or operations
Any agreements, communications, scheduling arrangements, consultations, or transactions between users and third-party providers are conducted independently between those parties.
ChinaCareHub is not a party to third-party healthcare services or agreements.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:

- Verifying healthcare information
- Consulting qualified professionals
- Maintaining valid travel documentation
- Obtaining visas or travel authorization where required
- Understanding insurance coverage limitations
- Complying with local laws and regulations

7. Platform Availability
ChinaCareHub may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform or its services at any time without prior notice.
ChinaCareHub does not guarantee:

ChinaCareHub reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, Platform content, branding, structure, design, text, graphics, and original materials are owned or licensed by ChinaCareHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, hospital names, institutional names, and referenced materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use Platform materials without prior written permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
10. Privacy and Data Handling
Use of the Platform is also governed by the ChinaCareHub Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
ChinaCareHub does not collect, process, or store medical records, diagnostic reports, treatment histories, or healthcare-related documents through the Platform.
The Platform does not provide channels for users to upload medical records or submit clinical inquiries.
Personal information handling is governed by the applicable privacy policies published on the Platform.
11. International Use
Users accessing the Platform from outside the People's Republic of China are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
ChinaCareHub makes no representation that Platform content or services are appropriate, lawful, or available in all jurisdictions.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChinaCareHub disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

13. Limitation of Liability

Use of the Platform is at the user's own discretion and risk.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of ChinaCareHub for all claims, damages, or losses arising under or related to these Terms or use of the Platform exceed the amount paid by the user to ChinaCareHub for the specific Platform service in question, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is lower.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChinaCareHub, its operators, affiliates, personnel, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- User misuse of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
- User interactions with third-party providers
15. Modifications to These Terms
ChinaCareHub reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform.
